Penetapan Kompensasi oleh SDM (-) Ketidakadilan dalammenetapkan kompensasi (-) kompensasi yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan kebijakan yang ada (-) Menguntungkan satu pihak saja Evaluasi Alternatif Pemecahan Masalah Alternatif Pemecahan Masalah perekrutan karyawan baru penggantian kebijakan sdm yang dinilai illegal Kerja secara tim Penetapan kompensasi oleh SDM

Rekomendasi yang diberikan Manajer sdm memberikan pada setiap karyawan berupa form/ sesuatu yang berisi terkait pendapat dari para karyawan tentang kebijakan yang sdm lakukan . Menjalin Komunikasi Dari Hati Ke Hati Sehingga Tercipta Rasa Kekeluargaan Dalam Organisasi Perbaikan Sistem-Sistem Kebijakan Dengan Mendengar Keluhan Karyawab Yang Masuk Dengan Permasalahan Serta Nerubah Kebijakan Tersebut Sehingga Keadilan Tercipta Melakukan Diskusi Dengan Karyawan-Karyawan   Pemecahan Masalah Pengambilan keputusan dalam pemecahan permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu melakukan jobdescription serta struktur organisasi terkait perekrutan baru untuk mengetahui penyebab masalah dengan departemen-departemen yang telah dibentuk dan pembuatan budaya organisasi agar masing-masing pekerja memiliki batasan dalam bersikap sesuai jabatan kerjanya , kemudian terkait komunikasi pekerja secara tim lebih mudah dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan . Dibutuhkannya kekompakan dalam tim dan bisa menjadi pengalaman dalam meningkatkan kinerja diri dari masing-masing nya dengan tanggungjawab yang harus dilaksanakan . Analisis Keputusan
