Students will demonstrate an understanding of length measurement by using non-standard units to measure objects and explaining the process verbally. 3. Students will be able to verbally state the value of a given coin or bill.
Estimating: - making a good guess about how long or tall something is.
NON-STANDARD UNITS: - objects we can use to measure that aren't formal measurement tools (using coins, paperclips, or blocks).
