Network Clearance Manager: March, 2012 – present
Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of network clearance process, from the concept stage to final production.
Reviewing television concepts, scripts, and storyboards to determine if network clearance issues exist, as well as to
suggest possible solutions to those issues. Conduct negotiation process between account management, production team,
and the network editors.

In addition to the above I handle the following:
 Prepare and submit application, obtain back-up paperwork to the State of Illinois Film Office to obtain a 30% tax
credit on behalf of client
 Maintaining extensive network clearance files, including claim substantiation materials, releases, testimonial and
producer’s affidavits
 Process payments to outside vendor for crew hired by Lord & Thomas

Executive Assistant: May, 2006 -- March, 2012

Responsibilities: Serve as liaison between the two Presidents, CEO, Executive Management Committee, other agency
management, and clients.

assist as needed on new business pitches, client projects and Department workshops; in the absence of Creative
General Manager, handling various requests, concerns and comments from the Department in an appropriate
manner.

Responsibilities: Working for a large group of Art Directors, Copywriters and Producers that included domestic and
international travel arrangements for television shoots; maintaining calendars; producing storyboards and typing scripts for
client meetings.
