YELEMMA CLINIC Medical Specalists Reception, Manager, Record Clerk, Insurance Coordinator. Adminstration General Nurses, Cleaning crew, and maintenance personnel. Support Team Doctors, Radiologist, Cardiologists, pediatricians, gastroenterologists

WHAT CAUSE OVERBURDENING? A lack of medical professionals in Ethiopia. A population density of only 1.63 health professionals per 1000 people ( Gebrekidan et al., 2023). Overburdening = being tasked with excessive workload Consequences: - Stress - Exhaustion - Reduced productivity

Transferring tasks vertically from specialized professionals to lower-skilled professionals (World Health Organization, 2007) Training to make them equipped with abilities SOLUTION TASK SHIFTING

Features Efficient use of existing healthcare workers ( Okoroafor & Christmals , 2023). Increases the efficiency of medical services ( Aithal & Aithal , 2017). TASK SHIFTING

Conclusion The overburdening of the medical staff at Yelemma Clinic is a serious problem and can be solved through task shifting . The clinic administration should create a future in which patients and medical professionals get the support and care they deserve.
