History of Meditrina
Established on :- 19 February 2012
ASCLEPIUS GREEK GOD of Medicine was married to EPIONE, had SIX
daughters:
1.HYGIEIA,
2.MEDITRINA,
3.PANACEA,
4.ACESO,
5.IASO, AND
6.AGLAEA,
The names of his daughters each rather transparently reflect a certain
subset of the overall theme of "GOOD HEALTH". All the daughters of
Asclepius, for instance Meditrina (the healer in roman), Hygeia
(hygiene) and Panacea (universal remedy) and so on were symbols of
medicine, hygiene and healing

 It provides for maximum comfort to the patient.
 It is most useful during medical emergencies
 Reduces the risk of injury to the patient and the nursing staff while moving and
handling the patient in bed.
 The convenient low heights - up to a minimum of 450 mm - (without mattress)
greatly help the patient, and reduce the stress and strain on nursing staff while
assisting the patient to get in, or alight from the bed.
 The bed can be raised to convenient higher heights, up to a maximum of 810
mm (without mattress), making it easy and comfortable to attend to the patient.
 The bed is provided with Central and Directional Locking Systems. Braking on
wheels is operated by a simple pedal lever and ensures complete control of bed

Employee Rights and Responsibilities

DRESSCODE POLICY

All employees should be in there proper professional dress code in
their working hours

Employees who have been issued uniforms, should be in their
respective uniforms at work place, those of them who are not
provided with, should follow a proper business dress code.

In case anyone is not found in their respective uniforms or proper
dress code, he/she will be sent back home to wear it and come or
else his/her day will be counted as a half day.

Jeans and t-shirts are not allowed.
[Note :- Two warnings will be given, if not found in uniforms or proper
dress code, after that half day salary will be deducted. Even after that
if not followed, one day salary will be deducted and so on.]

WORK RULES:
•You will be bound by rules and regulation enforced by the
HOSPITAL from time to time in relation to conduct, discipline,
leave, holiday or any matter relating to service conditions which
will be deemed as rules, regulation and order in the part of these
terms of employment the existing service rule or to introduce fresh
service rules which will be binding upon you.
•Also be entitled to and governed at all times by the policies,
procedures and rules regulations of the organization, which are
specified in the appointment letter or by any oral communication.
•Further the organization may modify or change such policies,
procedures or rules whether they are related to the salary or
otherwise.

JOB ASSIGNMENT:
• You may during the course of your employment be given any assignment
arising out of the organization’s business that the organization in its subjective
judgment feels suited to your background, qualifications and experience.
• You will employ yourself efficiently to the best of your ability, & will devote
your whole time to the work of the hospital and will not engage yourself
directly or indirectly either honorary or on remuneration in any private /
professional practice, service, business, vocation or occupation.
• Also you will not appear in any examination or attend classes without prior
and written approval of the management.

Human Resources Department Information

Identification Card (ID)
As part of Human Resources (HR), we should set an example for
employees by wearing our ID-Card, so that others follow.
Obtaining Your ID Card:
On your first day, you will receive ID Card with your name, title,
photo, and ID no. This badge must be worn visible, at all times,.

APPRAISAL PROCEDURE

1) The Appraisal year for the Hospitals is a financial year.
2) HR shall fill up relevant employee details in the Appraisal form and issue the form
in the last month of the Performance year to the Department head for his/her
subordinates .
3) The Department Head shall hand over the forms to his/her subordinates by
explaining the procedure of self Appraisal.
4) Department head shall fix up a meeting with each of his/her subordinate for
performance review. The employee is to bring the Appraisal from duly filled up and
come prepared for a meaningful discussion.
5)The performance review meeting is to be conducted and all observations to be
recorded in the Appraisal form.
6) Department Head shall submit all dully filled Appraisal forms to HR

7) HR shall check to see if all received Appraisal forms are duly completed viz.
signature of Appraise / Appraiser, Ratings, percentage of information filled up,
etc.
8) After this check, HR shall submit the forms to Approval authority for
moderation and final approval of all rating.
9) Once the Approval is received HR shall prepare the INCREMENT, as the case
may be, for concerned employees.

AIM
1) This policy depicts the procedure for handling all personnel related
grievances.
2) The policy is for the aid of all departmental heads to address the
grievances projected by associates and systematically find solutions for the
same in particular it should aid HR Departments in redressing grievances.
3) To ensure that associate grievance are handled appropriately and
without delay.
