Memorandum of Understanding

This is a Memorandum of Understanding between two organizations. Mutually accepted terms and conditions between all parties for a better working relationship. This bilateral document has a time limit and can be renewed with the mutual agreement of both parties. Entrepreneurs of small businesses especially can get benefits after having MOUs with large organizations from it for t growth of businesses.

1. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
This Memorandum of Understanding is drawn
BETWEEN
Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (XXXXX), (hereinafter referred to as WCCI), an association
of commerce and industry having an address at XXXXXXXXX on the part 1.
AND
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXxxx on the part 2
Article :
The participants shall collaborate in the following key areas:
Clause 1: WCCI will make xxxxxxxxxx its corporate partner
Clause 2: XXXXXXxxx will provide following benefits to WCCI members having valid membership cards
• Xxxxxxxx
• Xxxxxxxx
• xxxxxxx
Clause 3: Promotion of the deal through social media , youtube and website of WCCI
Clause 4: WCCI shall not be bound to maintain any minimum or maximum number of members to avail
the offers
Clause 6: Any changes in rates of the abovementioned packages shall be conveyed to WCCI by
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxt least 1 month prior to the changes coming in effect.
Article 2:
All terms and provisions of this MOU shall be in compliance with the valid laws, rules and regulations of
Pakistan.
Article 3:
Rights of intellectual property shall be protected in compliance with the rules and regulations of
Pakistan.
Article 4:
Only through a written mutual agreement, the present MOU can be amended or reconsidered.
Article 5:
In the case of suspension or termination of the present MOU, both parties shall agree on the
continuance of the activities already been commenced until completion.

2. Article 6:
The MOU takes effect once signed by authorized representatives of both the institutions. The
agreement shall remain in force for xxxxx-years renewable period from the date of signing unless, during
the period, either party submits a written notice of termination at-lest xxxx months before termination
date.
Article 7:
For reasons pertaining to national security, national interest, public order or public health, both parties
shall retain their right to suspend temporarily the execution of the present MOU partially or completely.
Article 8:
In all events and joint productions that come under this collaboration:
• WCCI and XXXXXxx approved logos will be featured.
• Publicity or marketing for any activity will be featured on WCCI and xxxx printed press releases,
publicity materials and websites etc.
• Reciprocal links will be set up between the organizations’ websites.
TERMINATION
a). This agreement shall come into effect from the date of its signing and shall remain valid until notice
of its termination is given in writing by either party, in which case the agreement will be terminated
three months after the date of the said notice.
b). Any modification concerning the agreement in force may only be made mutual consent in writing
between both parties.

3. Written and signed in the city of Lxxxxx, Pxxxxx on xxxxx, 2019 in two original copies in English. All copies
shall have same legal authenticity.
