+ Wrap the sanitary pads with paper, mark
it in red colour and give it to Swachhata
Vahini separately or use an incinerator

+ Properly wash the reusable cloth pads
and dry in direct sunlight

+ Cleanly wash the menstrual cup, boil it in

hot water, and reuse.
