Methodology of Study Population : MBA students of Sathya Sai District which is around 660. Sampling Method: convenience sampling Sample Size: 134 students Error Margin : 5% Tools used for data analysis : Excel,Power BI Stress Testing Tool : Perceived Stress Score - 4
Data Collection Primary Data: Participants selected for the study are contacted through social media and sent a questionnaire in Google form. Secondary Data: Referred various journals, websites, and newspapers to understand the gap in the present mental health scenario.

Summary of findings Demographics: Predominantly young respondents, with 95.5% aged between 20 to 25 years, and a significant female representation at 58%. Academic and Lifestyle Factors : A majority (81%) from the Sanskrithi School of Business, 73% not engaged in additional work, and 48% citing financial issues as the primary stressor. Psychological Well being: Positive self perception , with 86.5% confident in problem solving abilities. However, 63.4% feel not responsible for life outcomes, and 51.4% experience rare nervousness and stress. Coping Mechanisms : Students used v aried coping strategies, including music, exercise, and communication. Stress levels correlate positively (0.17) with balancing employment and studies.
Suggestions Conduct mental health workshops in colleges. Provide counseling and psychological resources to students. Explore non conventional coping methods like listening to music. Organize financial awareness programs in organisations.
Conclusion The study advocates for a holistic approach to education that fosters not only academic excellence but also the psychological fortitude essential for effective leadership.
