To begin the mentor mentee process,
the head of institute should go the
institute corner and do the institute
login

After successful login in the institute
corner participant can find two tables
1)Mentor(List of mentors)
2)Canididates(List of candidates)

Mentor - In the Mentor table
the user can find the list of registered
mentors and invited senior faculty members
for the mentor mentee process
Candidates - In the candidate's table, the
user can find the list of participants who
belongs to their respective institutes. Also,
the user can find the details of paid and
completed modules count of respective
participants in each row.

NITTT - INSTITUTION LOGIN
To invite the mentor the Institute can find the
mentor details table in Edit profile option
New mentor invite process
Mentor details - In the mentor details table
the Insititute can invite the senior faculty
members by filling all the details in the
mentor table. Once the Institute filled all the
details then the user need to click save
button.
If the Instititute wants to invite
multiple members they can use add
button.

Dashboard - The institute can check the
status of invited faculty members in the
mentor table.
If the status showing Registered means the
invited member completed the registration
The institute need to commmunicate with
registered faculty memebers to complete
the MOTP (Mentor Orientation Training
Programme) Training
If the status showing invited means, the
registration link is to their mail id but not
completed the registration

Mentor Assignment - Once the
registered faculty member
successfully completed the MOTP
Training the institute need to assign
respective mentor for the faculty
member.
click Mentor Assignement
select the checkbox
Select the mentor in the
dropdown
click the Assign button

Once the Mentor Assignment
completed successfully , the
institute can check the status in the
Assigned participants table
After successfull completion of
mentor assignment process , the
institute need to communicate with
the respective mentor to check the
mentor login for further process.

login for further process.

After the successfull login,the
mentor get the assigned mentes
details in their dashboard

The Participants need to do the
participants login for Mentoring

participant need to click assessment
option.
In the assessment the participant
can find the name and id of the
assigned mentor details
The participant can clarify the
detailed process through the
interaction with his/her mentor

the file uploads for theory by
module wise
Once they succesfully uploaded all
the files they need to click save

Once they succesfully uploaded all
the files they need to click save

The participant can check the status
of all the uploaded theory and lab
files in the assessment table.
Once the successfull upload of
theory and lab for all the eight
modules completed from the
participant side , now the mentor
will check and verify the respective
participant document of the eight
modules

The mentor need to do mentor
login for further process.

Once the document successfully
uploaded from the participants , the
mentor can find the uploaded
documents in the assessment table.
By clicking the source file button the
mentor can view the documents
which needs to be assessed

(Theory and Lab) of the respective
modules by clicking the folder
button in under the source files
(Theory) column

When both theory and lab verified
for the particular module by the
mentor, then the mentor need to
click the validate button verify
through rubrics.

Here the mentor can give the
feedback by selecting the option.

In the evidence table the mentor
can select the radio button to
confirm that all the required
document submitted by the
participants.
Once all the eight content
documents verification confirmed
by the mentor they need to click
save button to complete the
process.

In the Assessment candidate table the
mentor can check the status of validated
document.

after the login the user need to click
mentor assignment
Add a little bit of body text
In the assigned participants table the
institute can find the change publish
button orange to green , which
means the mentor verified all the
documents of the assigned inductee
teachers.

The institute need to click publish
button to publish the results.
Once the result is published the
institute can download the certificate
of the participant by clicking the
button under action column.
