knownhealthconditions, injuries,or’ailmentsthatwouldreasonably.beexpectedto interfere.with.Artist’s
firstclassperformanceateachofthaShowsduringtheTenm Inaddition;Artistcoshllacquire
cancellationinsurance,ifavailableandmutually-approved,tocOvertheriskoflOssofArtistco’spiofits
andProductionCosts inanamountthat,at aminimum,willequalorexceedanyunrecoupedportionof
