Corporate social responsibility is a way to encourage business firms to perform in a manner appropriate to the desires of the stakeholders, thus causing them to act responsibly for the benefit of the business and society through creating a sustainable social, environmental, and economic development that could, in turn, gain positive image and reputation. Jollibee Foundation is the corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of Jollibee Foods Corporation. Jollibee Foundation believes in harnessing the strengths of its parent company, Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC), and those of its partners, for community development. The study aimed to assess the business profiles, examines the corporate social responsibility practices of Jollibee Tabuk as well as identified the problems along the practice of CSR. 7. CHAPTER II RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODOLOGY "CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF JOLLIBEE TABUK IN BULANAO, TABUK, KALINGA"

8. In this study, the descriptive quantitative-qualitative method of investigation was used. According to McCombes (2020), descriptive method aims to describe a population, situation or phenomenon. RESEARCH DESIGN RESEARCH LOCALE AND SAMPLING PROCEDURES This study was conducted at the Jollibee at Bulanao , Tabuk City, Kalinga which involved 61 respondents. The researchers used the total enumeration sampling method in treating the respondents to gather data of the study. "CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF JOLLIBEE TABUK IN BULANAO, TABUK, KALINGA"

9. VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY OF INSTRUMENT The researchers initially made a letter of approval to conduct the study at Jollibee, Inc in Tabuk City, Kalinga. Upon the approval, the floating of survey questionnaire was facilitated by the researchers to gather relevant data then undergone statistical treatment for the analysis. DATA GATHERING PROCEDURE The questionnaire was based on various similar studies such as the study by Emma E. Montalbo (2015) entitled, “Corporate Social Responsibility Approaches and Implementation in Selected Fast Food Restaurants in Batangas City, Philippines”. In addition, some constraints are lifted from the study of Dr. Maribeth G. Buenviaje (2013) entitled, Practices of Managing Corporate Social Responsibility: Based from the Best Food Service Establishments”. 10. TREATMENT OF DATA The Five-Point Likert Scale was used to measure the social responsibility practices of the respondents. 20. SUGGESTIONS OF THE RESPONDENTS TO IMPROVE ITS SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PRACTICES. The management should continuously involve its employees in planning the CSR of Jollibee for the to be fully aware as they discharge their responsibilities. Continuously imbibe the core values of Jollibee to their employees. With that, they could integrate that in their daily dealing with customers. Although there are many hot-tempered and impatient customers, the employees in particular should practice high tolerance and project pleasing personality with the clients. Jollibee Tabuk must always take care of its employees as they are vital in the operation of the business. Moreso , to their customers as they are the lifeblood of the business. Above all, the business should put effort in the conservation of the community and the environment. Conducts and implements more programs and activities in support with the CSR of Jollibee Tabuk. 22. SUMMARY OF FINDINGS The study found the various core products and services offered by Jollibee Tabuk to its customers. On the other hand, it discloses that Jollibee has operated in Tabuk City for 5 years having a 61 total number of employees.  Based on the results of the study, Ethical and Legal responsibilities were very much practiced by Jollibee Tabuk. On the contrary, the remaining 2 indicators, Economic and Philanthropic responsibilities were much practiced by the business establishment. 23. The researchers identified some of the extent of constraints affecting the Corporate Social Responsibility practices of Jollibee. It revealed that among the identified problems, Jollibee Tabuk has less affected, meaning that their CSR practices were very much implemented. 24. The findings of the study point to the following conclusions: The business establishment is good and profitable in the province as evidenced by their years of operation. Corporate Social Responsibility is being practiced by Jollibee Tabuk Jollibee Tabuk was not affected by the problems identified; hence, they are being guided by the Core Values, Vision and Mission of the business as well as its CSR. CONCLUSIONS RECOMMENDATIONS The management should continuously involve its employees in planning the CSR of Jollibee for the to be fully aware as they discharge their responsibilities. Continuously imbibe the core values of Jollibee to their employees. With that, they could integrate that in their daily dealing with customers.
