2. Production Manager Joining Mystics Threads Ltd I commenced my role as production manager at Mystics Threads, diving into the daily operations and overseeing production-related activities. CEO Inquiry: During the week, the CEO inquired about my weekly duties, to which I promptly responded, highlighting my focus on compiling production reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

3. Task Assign by Manufacturing Head: Manufacturing Head Iqra, entrusted me with the crucial task of finalizing the daily production report for April 26, 2024, emphasizing the urgency of completing it promptly.

4. Report Finalization: Following Iqra's directive, I diligently worked on finalizing the report, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Once completed, I uploaded it to the document section and promptly shared it with all relevant department heads for review and reference.

5. Monthly Production Report & Sharing Cut Order Plan: Additionally, I collaborated with Manufacturing Head Iqra, Operations Head Hafsa, and Vice President Areeba to finalize the production report for the previous month. To keep the production team informed and aligned, I shared the cut order plan, discussing its details and implications during a voice call with department heads.

6. Meeting With Team CEO conducted the meeting with whole team regarding the new collection order in which we discussed about the latest designs their approvals, marketing strategies and new production order details. New Production Order Coordination: Next, I coordinated with Fashion Head Qudsia , who forwarded new designs for the next production order. In collaboration with finance, operations, sales heads, and the president, I discussed various aspects of the order, including materials, quantity, measurements, and sales projections, to streamline the next production process effectively.
