Sub centres are transformed as health and wellness centres , health team consists of One Mid-level Health Provider , Multi-purpose workers – two female and one male Team of ASHAs at the norm of one per 1000.

14. TEST FOR HEMOGLOBIN A palm-sized nanobioelectronic device with self- calibration sensors that takes <60 s for each hemoglobin estimation. Based on the principle of reflectance photometry. Capillary, venous, or arterial whole-blood sample can be used for the hemoglobin estimation The range of measurement is 0–25 mg/dl .

15. Cont… The Digital Hemoglobinometer Strips are thin contain chemical reagents. The strips vial has a unique code to be entered in the device each time the strip is loaded.

16. TEST FOR BLOOD SUGAR GLUCOMETER A palm sized electronic device with test strips containing chemicals that react with glucose in the drop of blood The size of the drop of blood needed varies from 0.3 to 1 μl. Time taken to read the strip range from 3 to 60 seconds
