3. Introduction Mobile TB clinic is a multi disciplinary approach to screen and evaluate key affected peoples who have no chance to access gene x-pert and x-ray test. Mobile TB team is composed of six(6) members; - Physician ( trained on TB) - Nurse ( trained on TB) - Clinical Radiographer - Lab technician ( X-pert) - Bio-medical prof..( Trained on VAN ) - Driver ( Trained on VAN )

8. Challenges Shortage of drugs for screen – ve clients. less commitment was seen in some site coordinators. Some communication gap was seen in b/n RHB and woreda health office. Some sites was difficult to access guest house .

9. Way forwards to strength site coordinators . to have drugs for screen neg clients. to inform woreda health office as soon as early.
