3. INTRODUCTION
Work immersion is a mandatory course requirement for
senior high school graduation. Students must undergo work
immersion in a business or establishment related to their
specialization. This exposes them to and familiarizes them
with a work environment relevant to their field. According to
Ma'am Arlyn Zinampan, work immersion is a crucial part of
the senior high school curriculum and can be implemented in
various ways depending on the students' goals and needs.
The guidelines state that work immersion, which can last
from 80 to 320 hours, will help students become familiar with
the workplace, experience work simulations, and apply their
specialized skills.

4. NARRATION OF EXPERIENCE
During my time in Central Luzon, I learned to be
independent, to make my own decisions, to act like an
adult, to interact well with others, and most importantly, to
communicate effectively, build trust, and form connections
with people.
My twelve weeks as a student psychosocial intern were
incredibly rewarding because the lessons I learned in
Central Luzon are applicable to my life. I gained valuable
knowledge and experience, exceeding my initial
expectations. I developed crucial active listening skills. I
am incredibly happy and proud to have completed this
rewarding journey.

6. WHILE IMMERSION
RESUME
My expectation is that in work immersion, they will teach us
how to consult, how we can assess the patient or client, and
how to do the case study. Also, they will train us on how to
be independent and how to handle our patients. . And they
will train us on how to really be professionals, and my
expectation is that we will not always be late, and there will
be a punishment every time we are late. Through this, we
will have discipline on how to manage our time,
