2. Neck examination: Rt sided neck swelling about 3x3 cm non tender mobile é deglutition ,cystic in consistency no signs of inflammation No palpable lymph nodes Laryngeal click : intact Normal skin overlying

3. PMHx : free PSHx : appendectomy
