9. There is a big distance between each team member in terms of communication. So there is no clarity regarding the product. Is the chassis inflow very slow, or has the CS team communicated with the BD team via mail? We are a bridge between IOT and BD, and at the end of the month, we have to give a lot of answers to the management . Chassis Communication Revenue Team Payment flow is slow, affecting production, and vehicles is not shipped on time. There is a big gap in the team, everyone is doing someone else's work, there is no team cohesion. and each team member is distancing themselves from each other. This is noticed by external team member. Challenges
