2. KEY TASKS PERFORMED DURING OJT: CHALLENGES Stock Card Monitoring Regularly updated and monitored stock cards to ensure accurate inventory records. Balancing Requests Reconciled requested items with actual stock to maintain accurate inventory levels. Data Encoding Accurately encoded inventory transactions, including requests and issuances, into the system. Counting Butals Conducted counts of leftover materials to ensure precise inventory management. That any misalignment or inefficiency in the production plan could lead to delays, overproduction, or shortages, which in turn affects the entire supply chain. SOLUTION The MPP is the backbone of this process, dictating how resources are allocated and when production should occur. I observed that effective production planning is essential to ensure that raw materials, workforce, and production schedules align seamlessly. OBSERVATION
