4. My special moment was : It was on April 6th my son was born, his name is Santi, He is a very intelligent and very sociable. He was born on a Thursday afternoon, it was very hot that day and he was a super calm baby.

5. Favorite movie My favorite movie is pride and prejudice, it´s about two young people in love, who teach that love can be stronger than any other negative feeling. It also teaches that we should not judge people by their appearance or their social standing. On the other hand, I love romantic movies so for those reasons it´s my favorite movie.

Tell me your plans and goals for the future My future plans are to be able to specialize more in barista topics, to be able to have much more knowledge about specialty coffee and thus be able to continue educating many people about the good coffee that Honduras produces. My future goals are to be able to specialize well in the world of cooking, travel and learn about different cultures, and learn many more languages.
