Definition Vulnerable groups refer to populations that are at a higher risk of experiencing poor health outcomes, social injustices, and economic disadvantages due to various factors such as discrimination, marginalization, and social exclusion. These groups may include: Homeless population Low-income communities Older Adults. People with disabilities   .

Continuation. The homeless population, in particular, refers to individuals who lack a fixed , regular, and adequate residence, often living on the streets, in shelters, or in temporary housing. This population faces significant challenges in accessing basic needs like food, water, sanitation, and healthcare, making them even more vulnerable to poor health outcomes and social injustices.
