1. Motivation

2. Before we go on, let me tell you an experience. Earlier this morning, on my way going here, I met a lady who seemed to be problematic. I approached her and asked about her problem. She spoke to me and replied, “I am Jenny and I am a nail technician in a salon. I have four problems related to my job and I don’t know how to solve them. My first problem is that, I always get my clothes dirty whenever I spilled off cuticle remover or benzalconium chloride on it. Second, every time I sanitize equipment in the salon, my hands get irritated, and worst I get skin burns. Third, I get suffocated and can’t breathe whenever I apply nail polish on my client. And the last, during manicure session, my eyes get irritated with nail clippings snapping on my eyes. Now I want to resign in my job, but I don’t know where I will get money for our household expenses.

4. “HELPING JENNY” Since I am a frustrated hero, I was to the rescue. I asked her how I can help. Then, she gave me these envelopes with jumbled letters and picture puzzles inside. What you need to do is to arrange these to help Jenny with her problems. Is it alright?
