Enabling others to reach
their full potential.
A journey is best measured by the lives impacted, not the
miles.
NAMA Foundation’s journey began with small steps. Over the
years, NAMA has helped communities discover their potential
while encouraging them to become self-reliant. NAMA ‘s
journey in Tanzania in promoting sustainable development
through institutional grants is reflected in the report.
Apart from developing community capacities such as skills,
abilities and knowledge to mobilize resources and solve
problems, NAMA helped communities to take charge of their
own lives.
NAMA Foundation has always strived to leave footprints that
guide others and ensure that the legacy continues.

CSO Empowerment:
They helped us by training and coaching on the strategic plan
development, project designing and development, CSO
Management knowledge, volunteer’s engagement knowhow
and recently they have empowered us on the best program on
the Fundraising and financial Management.
So our organization is an umbrella of the Islamic school
managed by Muslim community we didn’t have all this
background knowledge so it has come to us as the blessing and
support and gave us more confidence and courage to support
the community.
Fareed Mohamed–Executive Chairman Tanzania Islamic
Primary School Organization (TIPSO)
If I have to say few words about NAMA Foundation and NICE Tanzania, I can say these
people have come to help us, especial we young and growing CSO. Imagine we established
these Organization as the Volunteers with only knowledge of the society need. But through
various NAMA program we have the best knowledge and capacity to manage by
establishing the project to sustain our support in the community.
