sue NAMBLA because the two

of this organization. ACLU (American
Civil Liberties Union) assisted NAMBLA
and stated that the suit violated their First
Amendment rights to free speech. The
lawsuit was dropped by the parents in
April 2008 when the judge determined the
key witness as being incompetent.

In 2003, Peter Melzer was a NAMBLA treasurer and Bulletin editor. He was a physics teacher at
Bronx High School of Science. He stated that he expressed a sexual interest in boys up to age
16 and he has acted on those desires. In his NAMBLA Bulletin, he printed instructions for
seducing young boys and avoiding law enforcement along with sensual accounts of sexual
encounters between adults and minors.
In 2005, Kevin Brown was a self professed pedophile. He called Rick Robert’s radio show on
KFMB in response to a $1000 for the location of NAMBLA members placed by Rick Robert. He
stated that he would use the $1000 to pay for a play that he was writing which is about a
romance between adults and children. Rick Roberts heard a child in the background of Kevin
Brown’s house and demanded to clarify if he was the father of this child. In about two weeks,
child protective services seized his 2 years old son for the possession of child pornography and
his support of the sexual exploitation of minor children.

see NAMBLA as a front for the criminal sexual exploitation
of children.

14. Outlook for the Future
I believe that the members of NAMBLA are all just
pedophiles and child molesters and that they need to be
locked up in prison for the fact that they are taking away
these young boys childhood by engaging them in adult-
like sexual acts.
I believe that they do list instructions on how to persuade
a boy to become sexually intimate with a man in the
NAMBLA’s Instruction Manual. Unfortunately, the manual
isn’t posted anywhere on the web.
I don’t believe that these behaviors between the adult
man and young boy is beneficial to the boy.
I believe it’s going to take a great deal of time to ban the
NAMBLA from having an organization.
