What is Nano Technology? The term Nano in Nano technology comes from a Greek word “Nanos” which means ‘ dwarf ’. The dictionary meaning of dwarf is abnormally small . One nanometer is one billionth of a meter or 10-9 meters. One Nano meters is about 100000 times smaller than the diameter of the human hair .
