XCELERATOR is an independent CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool where an Agent/ IC can
manage their client’s data and trips. They can see the information of payments, trips and reservations in
their dashboard. The Important modules in the application are Dashboard, Trip plan, Payment Summary,
Itinerary, Mega Search, Import Clients, Import Reservations and Security. The roles in the application are
System Admin, Agency Admin, Agency Owner, Agent and IC.

‘Engage!’ is CRM (Client Relationship Management) for VAX which is used to save the client data of an
agent in to the database. Agent can create and maintain the clients and trips data for his clients. They can
able to Import the clients from outside of the application
