PERSONS TO REACH COMMON UNDERSTANDINGS . 
IT INCLUDES FORMAL AS WELL INFORMAL   CONVERSATION . THE
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND
INTELLIGENCE POSSESSED BY MANAGER   BECOMES
MATERIAL ONLY WHEN HE / SHE INTERACTS WITH ALL   THE
MEMBERS OF ITS FIRM AND BUILT   UNDERSTANDING

management is the means of achieving organizational goals. Every function of  management
depends on communication . As well as , efficiency and effectiveness of management depends
on kind of communication . In fact, without information plans cannot be formulated , activities cannot
be organized , directives cannot be issued and control cannot be ensured .



     it is very essential as it has to be precise , effective and should put great impact the way
     one communicate in legal terms can make him the best lawyer as well as can ruin his career.
To have an effective communication or to connect with their clients, a lawyer should have patience 
be expressful.

Hence, communication is important
well required in every field of work . so, that
the word carried out in complete and in
efficient manner. It has some barriers but
proper communication can overcome that so
that no hinderance comes during the course of
work .

In business or in any organization communication leads
