Nature of Communication 1. Consistency - It advances comprehension, proper understanding, and sharing of information applicable for making decisions. 2. Exchanges - Effective communication includes the exchanging of thoughts and feelings.  3. Two-way process - Mostly communication is a two-way interaction with at least two people – sender and receiver. 4. Verbal and non-verbal - From written and verbal words to gestures, postures and body language are associated with the nature of communication.
