The offensive took place on 15th of June,2014 in the area of North Waziristan which is the tribal agency of FATA.

In August 2016,Imran Khan’s PTI submitted a petition seeking the disqualification from office of Nawaz Sharif based on Mossback Fonseca files.
Removal Of Nawaz Sharif: Intially,at least, former Minister Nawaz Shrif –a Punjabi –enjoyed a close relationship with the army. That relationship soured, however, following his dismissal from office during his first term as Prime Minister in 1933.A factor for the falling out between Shrif and the army was the former’s attempts to build a better relationship with India .Arguably that enmity only increased during Shrif’s third, most recent, term in office. In the wake of Shrif’s disqualification on 28 July 2017,the influential, traditionally pro-army Punjab leadership is now instead backing Shrif’s party, the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz),or PML-N.
Conclusion : However, on 6 July 2018 a court in Pakistan found him guilty of corruption and sentenced him – in absentia –to 10 years in prison. When the sentence was announced he was in London where his wife was receiving medical treatment. Sharif’s daughter and son-in-Law were also convicted.
