LOCATION: GAUR CITY 1 The neighbourhood market (CITY PLAZA) is located in GAUR CITY 1, Greater Noida west. The city plaza act as a neighbourhood market for the occupants of Gaur city.

GAUR CITY 1 CITY PLAZA is one of the main market for GAUR CITY as well as for surrounding planned apartments. The parking area planned beside the plaza for convenience of the users. It has a parking area of about 40 to 50 cars. And also have parking space all around the market. The outer façade of the plaza is cladded with ACP and textured paint. It has entry from all the four sides having ramps from the two ends for differently abled people. Ramps of width 1.5M connecting paved area to lower ground floor and backside ramp connecting paved area to upper ground floor.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR LOWER GROUND FLOOR consists of both smaller and bigger shops at both the sides. A total no. of 62 shops are there at the ground floor. The market has i.e . lifts, escalators, staircase and fire staircase connected to all floors LOWER GROUND FLOOR have a corridor of 12 feet from north side and 13 feet from front and rear side and 10 feet from south side. this floor comprises shops like milk booths, food shops, general stores and small offices. this floor is also connected by a 1.2m wide ramp from the outer road level from the south side near the main entrance. It also have 3 feet corridors in between connecting all the sides. The floor also have fire shafts at all the four sides.

UPPER GROUND FLOOR UPPER GROUND FLOOR has all the basic services which are given at all the floors like electrical panel room, fire control room etc. It also has a piazza on all the four sides for small vendors which comes in the evening for selling their items. The piazza provide them a platform at a low cost to make their market. This floor had shops comprises of bakeries, sweets shops, stationaries, ATM’s. The market is has roads on two of its side which makes the location like a junction for all. This floor has a total no. of 56 shops of sizes approximately same as that of lower ground floor. Some of the shops are bigger which are been used as a office space or food shops which have a sit-out space also.

FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR SECOND FLOOR has a total no. of 29 shops out of which all the shops are bigger in size. Only a few of them are smaller. Public toilets are also there on this floor. The inner corridors are 5.6 and 7 feet wide. On this floor mainly saloon, sanitary and food shops are located. FIRST FLOOR has a total no. of 55 shops comprises of much bigger shops than that of lower floors. It is the only floor which has toilets on it. The market has atrium which is one of the main feature of it. This floor has 7 feet wide corridors on the outer side and inner corridors are 5 and 6 feet wide. The mid way corridor is 15 feet wide. This floor has shops, offices and bank.
