Neighbourhood Planning is the process that gives communities power
to develop a shared vision for their neighbourhood and shape the
development and growth of their local area.
Neighbourhood Plans(also known as Neighbourhood Development
Plans or NDPs) are legal documents created through neighbourhood
planning thatset out the vision for the area and the planning policies
for the use and development of land within the area.
