?????? Internship Policies – General Guidelines
• Work Timings: Minimum 3–4 hours/day (flexible for students, but daily reporting is
compulsory).
• Communication: Daily updates in the assigned WhatsApp/Slack group & weekly report
submission.
• Professionalism: Respect deadlines, maintain discipline in meetings, and adhere to Jobeefie
values.
• Confidentiality: Interns must not share internal data, strategies, or client/student information.
• Attendance: 80% minimum attendance required for certificate eligibility.
• Performance Tracking: KRAs reviewed weekly; underperformance may lead to termination.
• Certificate & Benefits: Provided only after successful completion with compliance to KRAs &
policies.

Business Development Trainee (BDT) Intern

• Reach out to at least 3 contacts via email/LinkedIn/phone.
• Maintain lead tracker (Google Sheet/CRM).
