Co n t e xt This program aims to develop teams, managing conflicts and adopting collaborative ways is not just about when a group of people come together and contribute their expertise to benefit a shared objective, project, or mission. Its about demonstrating emotional intelligence and personal effectiveness through a STRUCTURED PROCESS and building a WIN-WIN-WIN MINDSET . This Personal Effectiveness workshop involves activities and exercises that help participants understand the themselves and build collaborative mindset along with encourage them to work together more effectively. Through these activities, participants get to know each other's strengths better, both personally and professionally.
Approach Approach of this workshop is to combine the power of Individual Strengths Collaborative Work Building a team Participants will unlock the potential by competing and collaborating at the same time in point based games and activities. They will work with each other in pairs, small groups and large teams progressively during the day and realize the power of collaborative working for superior productivity and unlimited creativity.
