Ecology
A). Climate:
1.Niger is a temperate and sub tropical crop.

B). Soil:
1. Sandy loam to deep clay loam soil good for cultivation.
2. Water logging condition not suitable.
3. The pH of soil should be 6.5 -7.5 .

Weed management:
