I. SENSITIVITY TRAINING Sensitivity Training is a process or technique of adding knowledge and skill of the participants through the small groups interactions for understanding their own Behaviour and the Behaviour of others in a better way.

III. 360 FEEDBACK This is a modified technique of Survey Feedback. 360 Feedback is a Technique where in Feedback is from an employee’s superiors, peers, subordinate and every person who is related to him.
IV. PROCESS CONSULTATION Process consultation is made to perceive, understand and act upon process event. The process includes work flow, informal relationship and formal communication channel.
