Por qué una descripción adecuada de un producto o servicio te ayuda a captar nuevos clientes

La descripción detallada de un producto y servicio incluyendo información sobre precio y nivel de calidad no es algo habitual en todos los sectores. Saca provecho de ello para diferenciarte de tu competencia

Lo que te aporta una descripción adecuada de un producto o servicio Teníamos 3 tipos de servicio que se diferenciaban sobre todo en el nivel de la calidad del contenido. Es cierto que al final únicamente nos quedamos con el producto “ premium ” porque los demás no daban margen y el cliente no quedaba realmente satisfecho aunque estuviera pagando poco. En lo que si acertamos es por primera vez describir un servicio de manera detallada que hasta entonces era intransparente para un cliente potencial.

Diferenciación de la competencia : en algunos sectores una descripción aporta más transparencia a tus clientes potenciales. Parece que algunas empresas no quieren hablar sobre precios hasta que hayas pasado 3 entrevistas con comerciales. Creas expectativas precisas : no te interesa prometer lo que lo que luego no puedes cumplir. Una descripción precisa te ayuda crear o sobrepasar las expectativas para que tu cliente quede satisfecho y te vaya recomendando a más personas. Reduces el número de quejas y devoluciones : visto que el cliente en la mayoría de los casos entiendo exactamente lo que recibe (y tú eres capaz de cumplir lo prometido al 100%), tienes un ratio más bajo de clientes insatisfechos que se quejan o piden devoluciones.

Cómo describir un producto o servicio Recientemente me he dado cuenta que al final mi tesis doctoral sirvió para algo porque incluso he aplicado algunos conceptos en Coguan . El trabajo estaba enfocado en procesos de innovación para servicios y productos TIC. Tanto en la práctica como en la teoría una descripción se realiza con 5 elementos.

Precio : poner un precio a un servicio o producto debería ser algo completamente normal. Como habéis visto en mi anécdota hacerlo público puede ser algo “revolucionario” para algunos sectores que ganan dinero por intransparencia . Cantidad : cada precio tiene que estar en relación con una cantidad. En el supermercado pagamos por unidad o por peso del producto. Si se ofrece un servicio se puede tratar p.ej. de horas incluidas con la contratación.

3. Nivel de calidad : en el sector de los servicios TIC existen los  Service Level Agreement  (SLA). Un SLA del 99% indica que un servicio contratado tiene que estar funcionando correctamente en el 99% del tiempo de uso. En el uso de productos se expresa con la garantía de 2 o más años . 4. Funcionalidad : en una parte que contiene más textos hay que explicar lo que hace el producto o servicio. Lo más sencillo es hablar de funcionalidades desde las más globales como “lavar ropa” para una lavadora o “secar pelo” para un secador y luego detallando con las subfuncionalidades .

5. Proceso de contratación y requerimientos : si quieres comprar alcohol en un supermercado tienes que mostrar que tienes más de 18 años. Si compras un software te indica los sistemas operativos compatibles. En una formación hay que indicar los conocimientos previos para participar en cada curso . Describir un producto o servicio puede parecer una tarea sencilla. La cosa cambia cuando realmente te pones con ello y dudas sobre los elementos que debe incluir y los que no.

Como su nombre lo indica hacen referencia a elementos normativos, jurídicos o legales. Básicamente, son los trámites o procesos que se deben realizar para obtener los permisos o documentos necesarios para la operación de la empresa. Para llevar a cabo una actividad productiva sin limitaciones y actuar con libertad se requiere estar en sintonía con lo dispuesto en las leyes. Para esto necesitas contratar abogados o profesionales en Derecho para que te orienten y gestionen en todos los trámites. Además, te dirán cuál es el mejor tipo de empresa a constituir según tus objetivos o la naturaleza de tu emprendimiento.
