LESSER OMENTUM This is a fold of peritoneum which extends from the lesser curvature of the stomach and the first 2 cm of the duodenum to the liver. Portion of lesser Omentum form hepatogastric ligament and hepa t oduodenal liga m en t . Attachments: Inferiorly: lesser curvature of stomach and duodenum Superiorly: liver in the form of an inverted āLā. Bottom of fissure for ligamentum venosum and margin of porta hepatis
