one lamp controlled by one switch(single pole single through switch)

2. SWITCH:- A switch is an electrical component that can "make" or "break" an electrical circuit, interrupting the current or diverting it from one conductor to another.

3. CONSTRUCTION:- Requirements :- Single Way Switch (SPST = Single Pole Single Through) x 1 No Lamp (Light Bulb) x 1 No Short pieces of cables x 3 No single pole single throw switch(SPSS)

4. WORKING PRINCIPLE:- Lamp is turned on, the two terminals are connected, and when it is turned off, the contact between the two is broken. 

5. WORKING PRINCIPLE:- It works on the principle of make or break. That u may either connect or disconnect a device ( say a bulb) by help of it from the electrical circuit.

6. 6 GOOD TO KNOW:- Switches and fuses must be connected through line (Live) wire. Switches connection in series is not a prefer way to wire home appliances. parallel or series-parallel wiring method is more reliable . A one way switch is a basic electrical device used to operate any household electrical or electronic equipment USES:- ADVANTAGES:- Easy operation Less wires and cables are required in this kind of wiring connection.
