Investment Coordination Directorate


1. Investors to send an official “Letter of Interest” to DABS to express their investment interest;

2. DABS to introduce investment opportunities to the investors;

3. DABS to submit “Investment Registration Form” to the investor; seeking various information required;

4. Investor to submit the “Concept Proposal” to the High Economic Commission / Inter-Ministerial Investment
Committee(HEC/IMIC);

5. The ”HEC/IMIC” will refer the concept proposal to DABS / related authorities;

6. DABS to review the concept proposal technically, financially & legally in coordination with related authorities;

7. DABS to conduct “Grid Connection Study” for the specific project;

8. Investor to conduct “Feasibility Study” and “Grid Connection Study” of the specific project in coordination with DABS;

9. Investor to submit “Complete Proposal” including detailed “Financial Model” of specific project to DABS;

10. Tariff Negotiations between DABS and the investor;

11. DABS to present the “Project Summary Sheet” for tariff determination/approval to DABS Senior Management Group
“SMG”;

12. DABS to present the “Complete Proposal” and agreed tariff to the HEC / related authorities approval;

13. PPA Signing Ceremony.
