Presntation of the patient Severe pelvic pain Perianal or scrotal or labial brusing Hemodynamic instability (internal iliac injury,venous plexus injury) Pelvic instability Urogential injury (blood in urethral meatus,inability to void,high riding prostate on rectal exam)
