INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION
It is the exchange of messages between and among people with diverse cultures. Cultural beliefs and practices are distinct; hence you need to consider the culture of the person to avoid misunderstanding. It requires knowledge and skills.
The Sociocultural Dimension of Communication
CULTURE It is symbolic communication. Some of its symbols include a group's skills, knowledge, attitudes, values, and motives.

SOCIAL STATUS It refers to one's standing in the community and his position in the social hierarchy.
RELIGION
Inappropriate Act: 3. Preventing people from practicing religious freedom Preventing people from doing religious practices. Disallowing people from distributing religious publication. Not allowing people to talk about their religion freely and comfortably.
