Pace making in terms of insurance This Policy does not insure, any loss, damage or injury arising as a result of the motor vehicle being used for racing, rallies, pace making, motor sports, hill climbing, reliability trials or speed testing, or use for any purpose in connection with the motor trade
What does pace car do? the pace car circles the track before the start of the race at the pit road speed limit. The drivers do not have speedometers in their cars, so they see where their tachometer reads at that speed to know how fast they can go on pit road.
