Pandu Roga Awareness: Holistic Approaches to Anemia Management राजस्थान सरकार आयुर्वेद विभाग, जिला - सलूम्बर
Introduction:- Ayurveda considers pandu roga to be caused by an imbalance in the body's doshas ( vata , pitta, and kapha ). When Pitta dosha becomes aggravated, it can lead to the impairment of blood formation and metabolism. Similarly, an imbalance in Kapha dosha can cause obstruction in the channels responsible for the transport of nutrients to the blood, leading to anemia-like symptoms. Pandu roga is a term used in Ayurveda, the traditional system of medicine in India, to describe a condition known as anemia in modern medical terminology. Anemia is a condition characterized by a deficiency of red blood cells or hemoglobin in the blood.
