Abstract The dire need of data strong networks with high data transfer rate invites challenges for research in the field of wireless networks. The evolution of network technology from 3g networks to 5g network is all an outcome of increasing demand for data strong networks. The Quality of Service (QoS) is needed prominently for this content rich data traffic involving heavy data like videos and Internet of Things (IOT) which is the future of our upcoming gadgets where all our machines will be smart and needs to be connected to internet in order to produce desired services. The queuing algorithms and resource allocation mechanism all has to be substantially proactive and efficient. Different architectures and frameworks might be helpful in different channel conditions. An integrated approach which manages to get all the factors like ultra-low latency and ultra-high reliability and other ultra-suffix QoS factors would be required to establish networks data strong enough. This paper proposes a scheduling through queuing framework to enhance QoS in wireless network to overcome the obstacles, which affects to QoS in a wireless network. 5/2/24

Introduction The evolution of internet from Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology to 5G communication era is an outcome of demands of current user. Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Access (OFDMA) is the modulation technology which is adapted to up rise the communication technology. The up gradation of internet and its applications owe this transformation to OFDMA. The upcoming internet scheme standardization are all based on OFDMA and its accomplices. OFDMA provides an edge by increasing the spectral efficiency and utilizing best of the frequency and its diversity over the channel. To carry through the uplink and downlink communication in OFDMA based transmission has advantages of adaptability to change according the channel condition and QoS requirements of the user. A QoS scheduler is supposed to allot resources in such a manner that throughput of the network should not degrade while managing the trade-off between the fairness in resource distribution and efficacy of all resources. All the prime objectives of scheduling and queuing done in a system are hard to accomplish as QoS supported and QoS aware scheduler has to look after a number of issues while dealing with the network performance in terms of throughput and fairness distribution. 5/2/24

Methodology In this approach a methodology has been proposed which gives a process to generate the rank of the user later becomes the steps to form the queue. By calculating the rank of the user it gives a fair probability to the resource allocation mechanism by analyzing the class of users. [15] 5/2/24 // Algorithm for designing QoS framework for a heterogeneous Data Step 1 create categories for traffic, then generate traffic classes. Step 2 Devise a strategy to control and manipulate traffic then map it among generated traffic classes traffic policy having QoS features Step 3 implement the traffic policy and strategy to the wireless platform

Result The simulation has been devised over matlab 2017 a. The graphs are plotted to justify what the proposed approach states, a scheduling approach to enhance the QoS in a heterogeneous data network was proposed, which produces enhanced fairness index and increased throughput for QoS. The simulation case is performed over the two types of class GBR and Non GBR. The average throughput graph has been plotted for both the types of classes. The comparison has been done for both the existing approaches in graphs plotted below. The fairness is been tested for all the users bearing a rank in the queue. The throughput for every individual user class has been shown among fairness. 5/2/24

Conclusion Scheduling algorithm emphasizes on rate of arrival, packet delay, and packet loss ratio. The ranking function is designed to address the problem of implementing optimal policies efficiently. Throughput of a network indicates performance of scheduling approach experimented to enhance QoS for different set of users. Fair scheduling scheme ensures that the data packets are scheduled in a scalable manner. As multi user dynamic wireless network demands for alternative approaches which are flexible enough to satisfy a variety of QoS objectives. Fairness induces equal chances for each user class to achieve desired data rate. Practically the throughput distribution is not predicted, therefore we require to keep track of the throughput experienced while the distribution by actively involved users to manipulate and control its distribution each time a bearer is allocated resource the total time interval will be taken in to consideration and will be updated. 5/2/24
