workshop are to provide

grief may be present in
your life
adaptable emotional
coping tools to face loss
and change
activities you may wish
to incorporate as you
grieve the loss of your
body parts and identity

What is grief?
•Variety of "definitions"
•Often "comes in waves"
•Symptomsmay be
•sadness, yearning, anxiety, confusion,
obsession, guilt, anger, loss of focus,
disruption of sleep, appetite changes.
❖Depressionis a bit different but there
are layovers.
❖The main differences are: ongoing
despair, worthlessness, hopelessness,
possiblesuicidal
thoughts,pervasive persistent.
