Parto “Parto ou nascimento é o termo de uma gravidez, em que um ou mais bebês deixam o útero da mulher”
Conceitos importantes Que ou quem está em trabalho de parto ou que acabou de parir. Puerpério ou período pós-parto é o período de tempo que decorre desde o parto até que os órgãos reprodutores da mãe retornem ao seu estado pré-gravídico. GESTANTE PARTURIENTE PUÉRPERA
TIPOS DE PARTO
PARTO NORMAL BENEFICIOS : – Mais saudável; – Mais seguro pra mãe e bebê; – Processo fisiológico, natural, com recuperação mais rápido dos órgãos internos; – Amamentação mais fluida no que diz respeito às questões hormonais; – Bebê passa pelo canal vaginal (o que traz benefícios para sua imunidade ao longo da vida); – O parto normal, quando vivido com respeito, pode ser uma experiência prazerosa e promover o empoderamento da mulher.
PARTO NORMAL
PARTO NORMAL RISCOS: – Pode ser longo, excessivamente cansativo e doloroso; – Necessário lidar com as expectativas de muita gente envolvida no processo (família, amigos…) o que pode gerar estresse e desgaste do casal em aguardar o processo acontecer naturalmente; – É necessário entender que o bebê, assim como a mãe, vai ter que lidar com o trabalho de parto: então, por mais que se planeje o parto normal, caso o processo seja cansativo para ele e ele passe a demonstrar sinais de estresse, é necessário a cirurgia; – Pode ocorrer a laceração perineal que são pequenas lesões na região da vagina durante a passagem do bebê ; – Distócia de ombro (a cabeça do bebê sai, mas os ombros ficam impactados na pelve da mãe, sendo necessárias manobras para ajudar o bebê a terminar de nascer): risco maior está associado à bebês grandes, acima dos 4 kgs , e aumenta em caso de mãe com diabetes gestacional; -Hemorragia pós parto.
Parto normal e o uso do Forcéps - Um instrumento cirúrgico que é utilizado para auxiliar o parto e facilitar a passagem da cabeça do bebê pelo canal; -Tem o formato de uma pinça arredondada, desenvolvida especialmente para segurar a sua cabecinha, na altura das orelhas do recém-nascido Laceração na vagina, ou seja, rasgar o tecido do órgão; Marcas temporárias no rosto do bebê, que não prejudicam a fisionomia e desaparecem em poucos dias.
Parto Cesário A cesariana é um procedimento cirúrgico (operação) para a extração do feto (nascimento do bebé) por via abdominal através da realização de um pequeno corte realizado acima da púbis da mãe . -Parto marcado (cirurgia) cesárea eletiva são: a escolha antecipada da data de nascimento do bebê, permitindo conforto e praticidade à gestante; -As temidas contrações não são sentidas; -O trabalho de parto é mais rápido e garante que o médico escolhido pela gestante, caso ela opte por isso, possa acompanhar a cirurgia; -No casos de sofrimento fetal, onde existem riscos para os bebês, as cesarianas estão muito bem indicadas. Entende-se por sofrimento fetal situações onde a quantidade de oxigênio que chega para o bebê é insuficiente. Nesta situação um parto vaginal poderia gerar complicações e o obstetra poderá optar por uma operação cesariana. Benefícios:
Parto Cesário – Na cesárea agendada ocorre o risco de prematuridade; - O bebê deixa de passar pelo canal vaginal: é essa passagem que ajuda na eliminação dos líquidos das vias aéreas. Por isso, bebês nascidos de cesárea têm mais risco de demonstrar desconforto respiratório; – O bebê não tem contato com as bactérias da vagina da mãe que melhoram o sistema imunológico dele ao longa da vida; – Riscos anestésicos: cada mulher terá uma reação no uso da anestesia e algumas podem apresentar dificuldades durante e após o procedimento; – A cesárea oferece 10 vezes mais risco de morte materna do que o parto normal. Mais risco de hemorragia e de perfuração de outros órgãos. Lembrando que esse último (perfuração), não se trata de imperícia do profissional, mas sim de um risco inerente ao procedimento; - São ao todo então 7 camadas.. Riscos :
