6. PYELONEPHRITIS Cells : inflammatory cells Tissue: Renal tissue, renal tubules, renal glomerulus Abnormality : Renal parenchyma infiltrated by inflammatory cells, renal tubular necrosis, intratubular aggregates of neutrophilic infiltration.

7. CHRONIC NEPHRITIS Cells : Inflammatory cells, lymphocytes, macrophages, renal parenchymal cells. Tissue: Renal tissue Abnormality: Inflammation and sclerosis of renal parenchyma.

13. PURULENT APPENDICITIS Cells : inflammatory cells, columnar epithelium, fibroblasts Tissue : mucosa , submucosa, muscularis extrena , serosal tissue, lymphoid Abnormality : Submucosal infiltration by inflammatory cells, neutrophilic infiltration, pus filled infiltration.

14. INTESTINAL ADENOMATOSIS Cells : columnar epithelial cells and goblet cells Tissue : intestinal parenchyma Abnormality : adenomatosis proliferation of mucosal cells.

16. PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA Cells : glandular epithelial cells, stromal cells, inflammatory cells, basal cells Tissue : glandular epithelium, nodular growth, basal cell layer. Prostate parenchyma Abnormality : Hyperplasia of the glandular and stromal, nodular formation, increase in fibrous and muscular tissue.

SCHWANOMMA Cells : schwann cells, spindle cells, Antoni A & B areas, nuclear palisading, Tissue : schwann cell tissue, fibrous tissue, blood vessel Abnormality : nuclear pleomorphism, thickened blood vessel, Antoni areas densely packed with spindle-shaped schwann cells arranged in palisading pattern.

18. HYPERTHYROIDISM Cells : follicular cells, stromal cells Tissue : thyroid parenchyma Abnormality : follicular hyperplasia.

19. PANCREATIC CANCER Cells : pancreatic ductal cells, endocrine cells, inflammatory cells, malignant epithelial cells. Tissue : pancreatic parenchyma with exocrine glands and ducts, islet of Langerhans. Abnormality : glandular pleomorphism, atypical cells with enlarged nucleus, dense fibrous stroma.
