Statement of the Problem Most patients away from Medical doctors or attendants either after hospital discharge or upon falling sick require the attention of the doctors or attendants Usually a doctor or an attendant has to regularly keep a check for a remote patient’s temperature which becomes tedious after sometime Hence , there is need for a system to read remote patients temperature using a digital temperature sensor and send it to a microcontroller 3

Problem Solution The proposed project is a wireless communication system that keeps a track of remote patient’s body temperature and displays it to doctor by using RF communication The system reads a remote patients temperature using a digital temperature sensor and sends it to a microcontroller The microcontroller encodes the readings thus received, displays it on LCD and sends it to receiver by RF over the air using an RF module The receiver decodes the data and sends it to another microcontroller that displays it on LCD screen Hence , the doctor can continuously keep a check on the patients reading displayed on the LCD through receiver wirelessly 4
