15. SSC600 (SW) content R-SV It is now possible to connect SV stream in SMT if the SV stream is published in different subnetwork than where the subscriber IED's access point is connected to. Following are the changes with PCM600 2.13 and (upcoming) SSC600 FP5: 1) R-SV stream is displayed in SMT when the subscriber supports R-SV and the publisher is in different subnetwork than the subscriber. 2) It is possible to connect the stream. A new property introduced in ACT Worksheet for Bay allocation. It enumerates bays from that substation where SSC600 with this new capability resides. When allocation is set, it is reflected to worksheet name in ACT and in Plant Structure.

Navigate to \ABB\PCM600_212\bin> and enter PCM600cmd –h to view supported functionalities . Additional to ones with PCM600 2.12 and prior, following new functionalities introduced: Read Write support. Project backup (export project) Import parameters. Validate parameters before import. 18. Features in PCM600 version 2.13 Bulk configuration migration Possibility to migrate configuration of multiple IEDs. Traditional approach of single IED migration also supported as before. Bulk migration is expected to improve productivity where, all the needed IEDs within a PCM600 project can be migrated to newer version without user intervention. 27. Protection and control IED manager PCM600 PCM600 projects with (earlier) supported Hitachi Energy IEDs can be converted to PCM600 2.13. It is however strongly recommended to start using Hitachi Energy IEDs as ‘generic 61850 IED objects’ in PCM600 going forward. Hitachi Energy components will continue to be distributed via Update Manager for some more time. Naturally, the plans on Hitachi Energy side are unknown to us.
