Designing sustainable housing must prioritise the wellbeing of its residents while reducing
its impact on the environment. The goal-oriented job of fusing these two distinct components
toward sustainability. All goal-oriented tasks can be approached using the principles of
control.
SUSTAINABLE HOUSE DESIGNING
AAC blocks are a precast, foam concrete, sustainable construction
material made from aggregates of quartz sand, calcined gypsum,
lime, portland cement, water and aluminium powder. After mixing
and moulding, the concrete is autoclaved under heat and pressure
and it thus gains its distinctive properties. AAC bricks are in high
demand, owing to their high strength, load-bearing and thermal
insulation properties. AAC block is used as a construction material
for interior and exterior structures. The blocks may be coated with
a stucco finish or with siding materials like veneer brick or vinyl
siding.
Autoclaved Aerated
Concrete (AAC)
Better workability and faster construction
Earthquake-resistant
Thermal insulation and energy-efficiency
Fire-resistant
Sustainable and affordable
High compressive strength
Pest-resistant
Soundproof
AAC BLOCKS ADVANTAGES:-
Using a suitable trowel, apply a thin coating of mixed adhesive to the AAC
blocks that will be the subject of the block work, with a thickness of 3 to
5mm. Apply the AAC Block Adhesive of the same thickness to both sides of
the block after installing the first one while continuously monitoring the line
and level.
AAC BLOCK CONSTRUCTION
TECHNIQUE:-
Portland cement, fly ash, organic fibre, and fillers are used to
further reinforce and increase the durability of fibre cement roofing
sheets. Water is then utilised to combine these elements and enable
the hardening of the fibre cement. Additionally, a little amount of
chemical additives is added to help with this process and increase
the material's strength. The majority of fibre cement's components
are inflammable-free. Additionally, because to the cement
composition and the lack of overlapped seams, mould and mildew
cannot grow on the material, making it resistant to insects and
decay.
Fiber Concrete
Roofing Sheet:-
Durable
Resistant to rot, mould, moss and algae
Outstandingly resilient
No risk of warping, shrinkage or cracking due to thermal movement
Better protection against fire or chemical damage
Long lifespan
Minimal maintenance required
Easy to install
High acoustic insulation
Good weather-proofing feature
FIBER CONCRETE ROOFING
SHEET ADVANTAGES:-
The installation of fibre cement roofing sheets is quick and simple, and they are
available in big sizes to accelerate the procedure even more. The method of
installing fibre cement shingles is generally thought to be done by hand, but
machinery like conveyors may be used to transport the roofing materials from the
ground to the roof, and compressors may be used to power nail guns. Laying,
mitering, pre-drilling, and overlapping and sealing are steps in the installation
process.

INSTALLATION:-
Rammed earth, a building material made by compacting
certain soils, used by many civilizations. Rammedearth is the
most durable of allforms of earthwork construction and can be
used to create buildingblocksor build entire walls layer by
layer. When building blocks, hammer the bottom into a box-
like shape.
