Strategic Planning brings into being a “Master Plan”
conceived by the decision makers on achieving the ultimate

A Master Plan is the timetable of the objective putting

as a point of “stocktake”, to determine the progress to the

Hockey in Malaysia has five main strategic goals:
1. Achieving International Success at highest level via
Road Map and Journey with Targets
2. Lifting the profile of the game at School level with MOE
3. Attracting and keeping young Malaysians in the game
through “Project Hockey 1MAS”
4. Governing the sport effectively
5. Broaden our Income Base
• Malaysian Hockey Federation will play a leadership role at a
national level in achieving these goals and has developed the
actions it will undertake to do so. This strategic plan describes
the goal and the key actions for Malaysian Hockey.
• Each of the State Associations will develop their own set of
actions in support of the overall national goals.
